HW- The rapid development of electronic communications may mean that people will have fewer social skills

In the present age, electron science and technology are playing increasingly important roles in our lives. But in the meantime, some chatting tools like MSN, QQ, E-mail have some negative affects on personality. Therefore, whether the rapid development of electronic communications may mean that people will have fewer social skills has sparked much debate. Personally, I am in favour of the later view.
